ATSE Consultants is an Illinois licensed Professional Design Firm founded in 2008 by Allen Taylor, SE and has it's main office in East Peoria, IL. We have a core mission statement to provide each and every client with the highest level of service possible, regardless of scope, budget and schedule restraints. This philosophy is based on the premise that our identity is a reflection of the documents we produce and the satisfaction of our clients.
ATSE Consultants provides comprehensive structural engineering, architectural design, and construction observation services to healthcare, educational, commercial and industrial clients.
Allen has been in the structural engineering and construction field since 1992. While obtaining his Masters of Architecture Degree (Structures Option) from the University of Illinois, Allen also worked in the field as a union laborer. Additionally, Allen has been a visiting professor at both Bradley University and the University of Illinois where he instructed a variety of engineering courses. Allen is a Certified CDB project manager.
Allen is currently licensed as a Structural Engineer and Architect in Illinois and has a Professional Engineering License in North Carolina.
Greg has been in the structural engineering and construction fields since 1994. Greg began his professional career after graduating from both Illinois Central College in Architectural Construction and American College of Technology in Computer Aided Drafting (AutoCAD). Greg then continued his education part-time and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering from Bradley University. Greg is a Certified CDB project manager, and a Certified Commercial Building Inspector.
Randy has been in the structural engineering and construction field since 1985. He received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Degree from Michigan Technological University where he participated in the co-operative education program working for the Michigan Department of Transportation as a field technician. Additionally, Randy has served as a part-time instructor at Bradley University.
Randy is currently licensed as a Structural Engineer in Illinois and has Professional Engineering Licenses in Alabama, California, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Michigan, Missouri, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Virginia and Washington.
